Simple Days Beer began the way many great breweries do—as a hands-on pursuit of learning the craft. What started as a passion rooted in education and experimentation grew into a small, production-focused brewery and taproom built around thoughtful process, quality ingredients, and attention to detail.
As we brewed, refined, and scaled our own beers, we saw firsthand how challenging growth can be—especially when moving from idea to production. Those experiences shaped our next chapter.
Today, Simple Days Beer focuses on pilot and pre-production contract brewing, helping other breweries validate recipes, refine processes, and reduce risk before committing to larger runs. Our approach is intentional and production-minded, grounded in real brewing experience—not theory alone.
